Hugo Bégin joined Professor Boyd’s group in 2012 as the program’s research administrator. Since 2017 he works as the groups senior advisor for administrative processes. He obtained a B.A. Social Sciences with Honors from the University of Ottawa in 2010, and a Master’s degree in Political Science from the Central European University in 2011. His previous experience includes various adminstrative positions in the federal government and uOttawa.
